This was our strongest first impression of this coffee. Pure floral notes and a delicate orange flavor envelop the entire cup, with a finish reminiscent of the juiciness and crispness of a Fuji apple.

The excellent quality from its native environment, combined with meticulous processing, makes Floral Dance more vibrant than a typical washed Geisha.

Before the pulp is removed, the cherries are fermented in mineral-rich spring water for 48 hours. After being thoroughly washed to remove impurities, they are slow-dried on raised beds for 17 days, creating a clean, sweet, and refined washed Geisha.
