To ensure the highest quality and freshness, we roast our coffee beans to order. We will schedule the roasting as soon as your order is confirmed.
You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days to your specified address or convenience store for pickup.
In the event of national holidays or other special circumstances, we will notify you of any potential delays.

We offer free shipping on all orders of NT$1,000 or more.
For orders under NT$1,000, the following shipping fees apply:
Home Delivery: NT$100
Convenience Store Pickup (e.g., 7-Eleven): NT$60

Yes, the GUI (Government Uniform Invoice) is issued for every order and will be included with your items.

For online orders, we currently accept the following payment methods:

After making the transfer, please contact us with the last five digits of your bank account number for verification. We will ship your order as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Cash Payment (for in-store pickup):

After placing your order, please visit our store to pick up your goods and pay in cash.

Cash on Delivery (via 7-Eleven pickup)

Simply pay at the 7-Eleven counter when you collect your order.

Our coffee beans are at their peak flavor from 10 to 30 days after the roasting date.
For the best experience, we also recommend consuming the beans within one month of opening the bag to preserve their rich aroma and taste.

The purpose of nitrogen flushing is to block out oxygen,

prevent contact with coffee powder,

extend shelf life, and preserve aroma and flavor.
