When savoring coffee, beyond the flavor profile, the perceived sweetness is one of the key pillars that supports the entire drinking experience.
Therefore, to achieve a balance of sweetness and flavor, we have used coffee beans from the regions of Ethiopia and Kenya to feature fresh fruit notes as the main characteristic.
We have toned down the acidity, increased the body to generate sweetness, allowing both espresso and pour-over preparations to reveal an uplifting sweetness and harmonious fruit notes.
What’s special is the aftertaste, which carries the aroma of Dong Ding Oolong tea, making the overall sensation reminiscent of drinking a luxurious fruit tea.
